All orders are made to order and will typically be shipped out with in 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday),  Due to Covid some items are taking longer to get here which may cause your order to take a bit longer to get done.  There may also be supply chain issues, as product availability changes day to day, we may need to substitute a like item if your item is out.  We will call to ask you if this is ok first, so please make sure to leave your phone number in the information when placing an order, this way if there is a delay on items I can let you know.

All items are a custom, they are not kept in stock, so they are made for you once you place the order.  Due to this, there are no refunds or exchanges for items.
